Reports and times use Asia/Tokyo. Job history is retained for 30 days. Completed does not necessarily mean an article was published. Detailed sync counters start after this update and worker restart; earlier runs cannot be reconstructed. Reserved jobs are not proof a worker is alive.

Queue pending transcripts using the command’s default limit.
youtube:upload-thumbnails
Queue pending thumbnail uploads using the command’s default limit.
youtube:nightly-generate
Queue up to 50 transcript-ready videos for draft generation.
youtube:publish-drafts
Publish up to 10 eligible YouTube-linked draft articles.
Queues background work; schedules are unchanged. A worker consuming youtube-sync is required. Queued does not mean completed. Transcript fetching is a no-op in local transcript mode; use the local runner. Reports may remain cached for up to 60s.
